Nagyon jó volt együtt főzni veletek, itthon mindent kipróbáltam. Azóta itthon is vega konyhát viszek, teljesen húsmentesen élek-a ti hatásotokra! A felnőtt gyerekeim is szívesen eszik a főztjeimet, és azóta 4 kg-ot fogytam is!

Azóta egyre többször készítek indiai ételeket, a kertemben pedig már elvetettem a finom zöldség magokat!

Többször jártam már a Krisna-völgyben…nagy élmény mindig, de ilyen “közel” még nem voltam a közösséghez. A hangulat a főzőtanfolyamon is jelen volt. Nem csak össze csapjátok az ételt, hanem áldást is adtok “krisnás módon”… A fűszerek használatának több lehetősége tetszett legjobban


Namaste, I am Gopali
Born in Russia, Gopali devi dasi has lived in 7 countries before she found her home in Krisna Valley in 2018. She is manager and chef at the Govinda Restaurant in Krisna Valley. She develops mouth-watering healthy recipes and menus for any occasion: from an exclusive dinner to everyday meals for the community or a large festivals with over 8000 guests.
She has been a restaurant chef for 10 years and had her own internationally-renown restaurant in Turkey. She loves cooking vegetarian and vegan dishes with local seasonal produce. Gopali also skilfully uses spices to make each dish unique and appealing to everyone.
She is keen on sharing her knowledge and she has been teaching cooking at masterclasses and her own online courses for 8 years. She has got 600+ students from 50+ countries.
She received Masters in International Business from Norwegian School of Economic and Business Administration, top North European business school.
She is happiest when cooking for the guests at Krisna Valley because it combines her passion for creativity, business and service to the Lord.
